To Receive Continuing Education Credits
When you arrive at the Cleveland University-Kansas City Centennial conference, please stop by the registration table to pick up your name badge. Each badge will have a unique QR code that will be scanned when you enter and exit each CEU session. For those licensed in Florida – you will be required to present a photo ID. As a continuing education provider, CUKC is obligated by the state boards to monitor attendance in each CE class. This means we must ensure registrants are actually attending CE classes. Failure to scan in and out, arriving late and/or leaving early will affect your overall class time and will negate class hours. No credits for partial class attendance will be awarded. Don’t hesitate to ask the CE monitor for assistance or to answer any questions you may have. Please help us help you obtain your renewal hours by following this process.
Classroom seating is limited. CUKC cannot guarantee that registrants will be able to attend the classes they prefer. Because CUKC can award continuing education credit only to those who attend the CE class, you should plan to arrive early while space is available.
The continuing education hours will be applicable for Doctors of Chiropractic licensed in the states shown on the Board Approval map. Credit will be issued for full class time attendance only, no partial credits will be awarded.
If awarded CE hours, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the email address associated with your registration approximately 1-2 weeks after the conference.
Board Approval Status
Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE): For states/provinces marked “CCE” no CEU application was required due to CUKC’s accreditation status. These licensing boards do not require CUKC to submit their CE programs for pre-approval.
Providers of Approved Continued Education (PACE): CUKC is a PACE approved continuing education provider. PACE is overseen by FCLB and details of approved programs can be found on their website. www.fclb.org
Pending: Some states require direct applications instead of accepting CCE or PACE. If a state is listed as pending it means CUKC has submitted a CEU application and is waiting for approval. As approval is received the state will be moved from pending to approved.
Approved: If a state is listed as approved, CUKC has submitted a CEU application and received approval.
We strongly recommend registrants be aware of your board’s rules and regulations regarding continuing education requirements and scope of practice. Specific questions should always be directed to your specific licensing board.
